Challenge the barriers together and take your seat at the table

We understand the challenges of navigating environments as the only woman in the room - with systems and policies working against us. It's tiring. We don't believe that women need fixing to fit in. Nancy Maher, our founder, has a 30-year tech career and has designed our services with you in mind.

Peer Coaching Circles Benefits

Hands Up

Go further together

Circles provide a built-in accountability mechanism. Regular check-ins during circle sessions help keep everyone on track and motivated to achieve their objectives.

Relationship building

As colleagues share challenges and successes, they develop a deeper understanding and empathy for each other. These connections extend beyond the coaching circle, creating a supportive work environment.

Navigate challenges

The peer-to-peer coaching nature of the circles creates a unique support system. Participants relate to each other’s experiences and challenges, which helps navigate difficult situations.

Build confidence

Develop skills to build stronger relationships, communicate effectively, and increase organisational influence and confidence in career aspirations.

What our clients say

Nancy is an excellent coach. She has a no-nonsense way of enabling you to assess a situation and create a go forward plan. While many of us can on for years, or even decades, without career coaching – there comes a time in everyone’s work journey that requires some deep thought about the future.
