EMPOWER Leadership 1:1 Coaching Programme

  1. Six-month duration.

  2. Tailored to the leader and their context.

  3. 2 * 90-minutes and 8 * 60-minute coaching sessions.

  4. Includes 360-degree assessment, an Everything DiSC® Agile EQ personality assessment, reflective exercises, and a post-coaching plan.

  5. Engages with sponsors to align with organisational goals.
