Group Coaching Definition

Our EMPOWER Leadership Group Coaching Programme is a confidential, reflective space for shared learning, engagement, and diverse thinking. EMPOWER incorporates 1:1 coaching, giving you that one-to-one confidential space.

Group coaching is a partnership between a trained coach and a group of individuals designed to unlock potential and support the group in achieving their personal goals.

OUR APPROACH

EMPOWER Leadership Group Coaching Programme

  1. Six-month duration.

  2. Tailored to the leaders and their context.

  3. Blended with 1:1 coaching to help leaders focus on what matters to them.

  4. 6 * 90-minute group coaching sessions centred on a specific topic.

  5. 3 * 1 -hour 1-to-1 coaching sessions.

  6. Includes 360-degree assessment, an Everything DiSC® Agile EQ personality assessment, reflective exercises, and a post-coaching plan.

  7. Sponsor alignment throughout.
