Peer coaching is a partnership between a trained coach and individuals. Peer coaching circles are structured, confidential groups where colleagues meet regularly to support each other's development by discussing real-life challenges and goals, making the experience directly relevant to their work.

OUR APPROACH

Tailored - Virtual - Accredited

  1. Tailored: Per employee group.

  2. Duration: Six to nine months.

  3. Sessions: Six * 60-minute sessions.

  4. Participants: Six.

  5. Cadence: Monthly or every six weeks.

  6. Other Activities: Kickoff, close-out, and feedback surveys.
