Peer coaching is a partnership between a trained coach and individuals. Peer coaching circles are structured, confidential groups where colleagues meet regularly to support each other's development by discussing real-life challenges and goals, making the experience directly relevant to their work.

Employees at similar career stages can use peer coaching circles to explore career paths, set goals, and support each other's professional growth. Circles can focus on developing specific skills such as emotional intelligence.

Women in Tech

Women in tech coaching circles are supportive networks designed to empower and advance women in the technology industry. We support women in various stages of their tech careers (starting, restarting, or pivoting).

  3. 6 participants.

  4. 45-minute 1-1 with the coach.

  5. One * 90-minute goal-setting meeting.

  6. Six * 75-minute sessions monthly.

  7. Includes reflective exercises, recommended resources, personality surveys.

  8. Engages with sponsors.

  9. Monthly feedback surveys

  10. One * 1-hour celebratory close-out session.

  11. Post-circle plans.
