What do DEI consultants do?

DEI consultants bring an external perspective to your organisation. Skills include assessments, strategic planning, data gathering, education, training, coaching, and workshop facilitation. Some engage in longer-term contracts, such as 24-month retainers, to gather more data and implement strategies effectively over a period of time. DEI consultants bring a specialised skill set and a broad understanding of the discipline, recognising the extensive scope and the types of specialists. Consultants may help organisations understand and prepare to recruit a full-time DEI professional.
