What inspired you to become a coach?

In the early 2000s, I worked on a team where the leader used a coaching style leadership approach. It was an amazing experience to be part of an innovative team and to see the positive impact coaching had on our development and the organisations and individuals we supported.

What led you to specialise in the area that you concentrate on?

My main specialisation is leadership coaching, and coaching neurodivergent individuals with ADHD, dyslexia and autism. I'm passionate about coaching leaders, watching them grow and develop, and seeing the positive impact they can have on others and organisations. An inclusive approach sits at the heart of my coaching—everyone should feel listened to.

What are you reading or listening to for fun right now?

I've just finished Breath by James Nestor. It is a fascinating read about the history and science of breathing.
