Tia brings extensive experience in executive and leadership coaching, as well as personality and behavioural assessments, developed through senior roles at leading organisational psychology consultancies.
She is passionate about helping leaders achieve sustainable high performance, build inclusive cultures, and strengthen wellbeing across organisations.
Her PhD research explores how coaching conversations create meaningful and lasting change. With 13 years of international consulting experience across the Asia-Pacific region, Tia combines an evidence-driven coaching approach with deep practical expertise.
