Having spent 20+ years in C-suite roles championing EDI, Finance, People and Technology in large companies and 10+ years in professional services, Naomi is now inspiring the next generation of board leaders through coaching, mentoring, and training.
She led numerous digital and cultural transformation programmes in complex multi-cultural environments, inspiring innovation, teamwork, and results delivery. She is passionate about developing people through coaching and mentoring, which was recognised by the Financial Times and Inclusive Boards in 2019 when she was named one of the Top 100 Women in Engineering.
