Anyone in tech that wants to increase diversity, equity and inclusion. We have two programs; one for leadership teams and another for tech professionals.

GROW PERSONALLY AND COLLECTIVELY



 Your coach creates a safe, confidential and reflective space to explore fresh perspectives using research-led techniques that are inclusive, reflective, action-orientated and playful.  This program will enable you to be a partner in driving diversity in tech, as well as giving opportunities for personal and collective growth.

HOW OUR PROGRAMS WORK

Group Size: 4 to 6 individuals
Duration: 6 months
Virtual

SESSIONS

SIX * 90 minute Monthly GROUP SESSION

ONE * 60 minute GROUP EXIT SESSION

TOOLS

Private group online forum with reflective tools and materials, virtual
coaching boards & feedback surveys and a way to support each other.
